Minnesota BCA details deadly domestic disturbance in Marshall that ended with officer killing suspect MARSHALL, Minn. — Authorities have disclosed more details about a weekend domestic disturbance that left the victim dead and the suspect fatally shot by police.A Marshall police officer shot and killed the man, identified by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office as 41-year-old Jamel C. Hill Moore, of Marshall, after responding to a domestic disturbance Sunday morning. The officer found Moore on top of a woman, stabbing her.The woman was identified as Meredith Martell, 35, of Marshall. She died later at a Sioux Falls, S.D., hospital from multiple sharp-force injuries, according to the medical examiner.The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has also identified the officer who shot the man after responding to the call as Eric Klenken.According to a news release from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Klenken has 24 years of law enforcement experience.
