OCEANSIDE, Calif. -- Authorities on Monday were asking for the public's help in finding two missing children last seen in Oceanside.Sarah Hawkins, 12, and Joangel Dominguez, 13, went missing in the 1200 block of Ivey Ranch Road, Oceanside police tweeted at 7:46 p.m. San Diego among cities where inflation is increasing the most: study Police describe Hawkins as a Hispanic female wearing a white hoodie with "San Diego" on the front, black jeans and multi-colored vans shoes. VISTA, Calif. -- A driver suspected of driving under the influence was arrested Monday after crashing through a median fence and hitting another car in Vista, law enforcement said.Saul Celerino Villanueva Delgado, 33, was arrested on suspicion of DUI, Sgt. Eric Cottrell with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department said in a news release.The collision occurred around 2:30 p.m. near North Santa Fe Avenue and Vista Village Drive, per authorities.
