The former Courtesy Diner location is now listed for sale. The asking price for the property is $550,000 on Crexi.com. The property was first listed on June 14. A home security camera captured the frightening moment when a woman in Encino Hills came face-to-face with a group of burglars who broke into her home.The burglary happened in broad daylight last Friday and was the latest in what neighbors say is an alarming trend.The victim, who did not want her identity released, said she was inside her home when she first noticed thumping sounds coming from outside, possibly from the roof. A man who caused a mass panic at a California mall when he allegedly shouted "he has a gun," has been arrested on charges of making a false threat.Angel Marin, 44, of Rancho Cucamonga, was arrested by Ontario police officers after investigators received an anonymous tip identifying him.Marin is accused of shouting "gun" and "he has a gun" as he ran through the Ontario Mills Mall last month.The incident led to a panic inside the mall, with people running and hiding for cover and a large response from local law enforcement.
