ROME (AP) — Lecce and Sassuolo drew 1-1 in Serie A on Friday, with Domenico Berardi and Nikola Krstović trading goals.Berardi converted a penalty for Sassuolo midway through the first half and Krstović equalized after the break by slotting in a loose ball inside the area following a corner.Berardi has five goals and Krstović has four this season.Lecce is seventh with 12 points through eight rounds and Sassuolo is two points behind in ninth.Empoli and Udinese drew 0-0 to leave both clubs on the edge of the relegation zone. NEW YORK (AP) — The data breach last month that MGM Resorts is calling a cyberattack is expected to cost the casino giant more than $100 million, the Las Vegas-based company said.The incident, which was detected on Sept. 10, led to MGM shutting down some casino and hotel computer systems at properties across the U.S. in efforts to protect data. MGM said that reservations and casino floors in Las Vegas and other states were affected — as customers shared stories on social media about not being able to make credit card transactions, obtain money from cash machines or enter hotel rooms. The company announced the end its 10-day computer shutdown on Sept. 20.The incident bore all the hallmarks of an extortionary ransomware attack, which MGM has not confirmed. If so, it could be the costliest ransomware attack on record, said Brett Callow of the cybersecurity firm Emsisoft. DENVER (KDVR) -- Closing arguments are set for Tuesday in the trial of two officers charged in relation to Elijah McClain's death.During court on Friday, the prosecution rested its case against the officers and, during a time period when jurors were out of the room, the defense petitioned to have the charges dismissed.The judge denied that request, and when court resumed, the defense rested without calling any witnesses.Since the trial began, the case has not been tried on Mondays. That will continue next week, with closing arguments set for Tuesday. After a brief pursuit Friday afternoon, police took into custody a suspect with a truck that had an allegedly stolen license plate. According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, deputies were following the vehicle, a gray Ford pickup, in Lauderhill because its tag did not match the vehicle. Deputies continued to follow the truck as it headed towards Miami Gardens and into the area of Opa-locka.At one point, Opa-locka Police were also following the vehicle and were going to conduct a traffic stop, but a supervisors told officers to return to their regular posts. A BSO helicopter continued to follow the truck. The truck then took off, and at one point, drove off the roadway into the grass in a neighborhood in Westview. As the driver continued to elude law enforcement, the vehicle ended crossing over into the Interstate 95 area at around 135th Street.
